THIS IS POWER CLEAN.
Been Fairly Busy with Cameo roles, so it seems I tapped into the Malaysian hub of extra's and I did two appearances recently for Suria, the Malaysian MediaCorp network.

This one, is a sales guy in a Pyramid Direct marketing organisation, Power clean. I shot this almost a week ago and I only Just realised that I didn't even know if or how much I was getting paid for it or what the name of the show was and agreed to do it at 12:20am while I was on another set that was going to hold me till 3am when my part happens, and the next call time is 10am...is this Passion or madness. This leads me to wonder, perhaps passion is a form Madness.

My performance was stellar, even though I was summoned to a set I knew nothing about 8 hours ago, had only about 4 hours sleep tops and the scene being script-less, coincidentally it was a comedy I was on fire and my improv was spectacular. Being hit on by so many real life Pyramid Direct marketers and some friends admiring my Sparkling personality has actually come in use. I regurgitated a truck load of their jargon and emotionally charged greed and lifestyle inspiring direct marketing passion wank to recruit this bewildered job hunter to sell this fake powerful cleaning product, heck even I wanted to sell power clean. I could not remember what I said because it was hardcore improv'd scriptless so it was great that they only needed 3 takes, in different angles, could anyone else have delivered that? the crew was well entertained.

Performance Rating: 8/10
Perhaps it's more professional to actually know what you are getting into, but we learn this lesson and promptly forget it every time we deliver, so I'm not sure what point I am making here, this ignorance is bliss. If I would have been able to ReImprov my improvisation that would have been amazing too, But I'm only human (although they said Actors are the opposites of people)
I only do one take, amateurs do two takes
(I think Calculon a robot actor in Futurama said that)

Karmila has Premonitions, but dun see me coming
On this other set, My Professional Yes Man did it again, I don't know what show you are shooting but I'm already there. So the story in this is a book signing event and we Cameo as Fans, so there I was "Omg it's her, she is so pretty in real life, Can I have a photo with you" and so I did. now what's this author's name, and what was the title of your book, and what is it about? I Don't know. But I was told on set she is a popular actress. And she did hit the mark in her performance especially with her premonition fits. I notice Singapore is not afraid to have some rather fetched dramatic spice in their productions, this drama series has an author that has premonitions see, and the above set I was an over the top crazy salesman, below we are selling car insurance by with lightsabers and I just got a call back for a print ad as a father that regrets going to a loan shark, and it will probably literally show that.Though that gig is unconfirmed.

Performance Rating: 7/10
Again perhaps it's more professional to actually know what you are getting into, and seriously try to remember names.

Apparently... My Daddy
The Final gig in this entry is one of the most fun I have ever had on set. I got to play with LightSabers with a Fellow Aussie Performer Damien Sato.
(Do check out his Site because I haven't)

Damien died with me as Yakuza henchmen last time on Deadside
(I guess is about time I plug it here)

Anyway this was for a Car Insurance Web Ad, basically we cut it in half.

when the footage is in circulation I will post, but basiclly we were swinging quality toy lightsabers around in a carpark screaming non profanities. the shoot was okay, while professional enough, they shot on C300 and had plenty of crew, the lack of lights and make up kinda makes me feel iffy, did i ever tell you guys everything in SG always has a hint of Dodgyness to it.

Performance Rating: 7/10
I should have done my own Hair and makeup. perhaps practiced my own forms and provided some better self wardrobe since they were lacking in that department.
